I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – December 20, 2021
Will be addressed next month.
II. Transient Merchant/Itinerant Vendor Program Recommended Changes
The Vendor Requirements were included in the packets. Poetker suggested she meet with Attorney Ray to review and update the requirements to make them more vendor friendly, to enable things like craft fairs that would not require vendor licenses.
III. Tourism Grant – Chamber of Commerce, Beautification, Santa’s Village
The state has made tourism dollars available for grants each quarter. Poetker had met with the Chamber, regarding possible uses for the grants. When she went back to the website, all the information was removed, so she contacted the state, but has not received a reply whether the funding is valid or not.
