Mayor Hill called the Work Session City Council of Columbia, Illinois to order at 5:33 PM.
B. Roll Call
Present: Aldermen Niemietz (arrived at 5:35 PM), Roessler, Huch, Holtkamp (arrived at 5:35 PM), Martens, Riddle, Garmer, and Khoury (arrived at 6:05 PM).
Absent: None.
Quorum present.
