B) Discuss results of election and appointments:
• Josh Bayer, active, term expires 5/10/2022
• Al Hudzik, appointed, term expires 5/10/2022
• Kathleen Kuehner-Landgraf, retired, term expires 5/10/2022
C) Confirm all Board members have completed mandatory trustee training.
9. NEW BUSINESS
A) Verify Cash Balances in local checking account to pay beneficiaries and bills.
B) Discuss preparation of cash flow spread sheet for IPOPIF.
C) Provide written notice to Wealth Management for Busey Bank as investment advisors regarding transition of investment portfolio from Wealth Management for Busey Bank to IPOPIF.
D) Discuss status of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2022 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI). Filing must also include copies of Collective Bargaining Agreement, minutes from all meetings, training certificates for all trustees and other required documents.
E) Election and Reorganization of Board/election of officers:
