Consideration and Action on Approval of a Special Event Permit Application from the SS Peter and Paul Catholic School for a Queen of Hearts Raffle to be held at Outsiders Bar, Inc. every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m., from September 06, 2022 through September 11, 2023 unless a winner is drawn before that time.

I. Consideration and Action on Approval of a Special Event Permit Application from the SS Peter and Paul Catholic School PTO for their Pumpkin Run 5K, 10K & ½ Mile Fun Run to be held on Saturday, October 08, 2022 from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to include a possible police presence at busy intersections if necessary.

J. Consideration and Action on Approval of a Special Event Permit Application from Crafted in the Loo for Explore Waterloo Witches Night Out to be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the closure of parking spaces in front of the store located at 111 N. Main Street.

K. Consideration and Action on Special Event Permit Application from the City of Waterloo and other Organizations for the Annual Trunk or Treat to be held on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., to include the Closure of Main Street between Third Street and Mill Street.

L. Consideration and Action on Approval of the Improvement Plans and Signing of the IEPA Permits for Natalie Estates, Phase 2.

M. Consideration and Action on a Petition for a Special Use Permit to allow a Multi-Family Residence to be located above a new commercial building in a B-3 Zoning District, as permitted by 40-2-3(B), at 231 West Mill Street.

N. Consideration and Action on a Petition for a Special Use Permit to allow a “Residence Use” in a B-3 Zoning District as permitted by 40-2-3(B), at 231 West Mill Street (behind the proposed commercial business).
