The Board of Education of Chester Community Unit School District No. 139 held a Special Meeting in High School FACS Classroom B217. President Vasquez called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Davitz motioned, Caraway seconded to enter into executive session at 6:00 p.m. for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body. For self-evaluation, practices, and procedures or professional ethics, when meeting with a representative of a statewide association of which the public body is a member. The discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes mandated by section 2.06. Roll call vote. Ayes: Belton, Caraway, Davitz, Fricke, Malley, Mott, Vasquez. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Davitz motioned, Belton seconded to accept the Semi-Annual Review of Closed Meeting minutes. Upon roll call all members voted aye. Motion carried.
Davitz motioned, Belton seconded to approve the meal and mileage rate updates as presented on the Staff/Student Reimbursement form. Roll call vote. Ayes: Belton, Caraway, Davitz, Fricke, Mott, Malley, Vasquez. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Fricke motioned, Mott seconded to accept the resignation of Justin Davis as Grade School Junior High Head Softball Coach. Roll call vote. Ayes: Belton, Caraway, Davitz, Fricke, Mott, Malley, Vasquez. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Mott motioned, Caraway seconded to approve Reese Chandler as High School Volunteer Volleyball Coach for the 2022-2023 SY. Roll call vote. Ayes: Belton, Caraway, Davitz, Fricke, Mott, Malley, Vasquez. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Caraway motioned, Belton seconded to approve to reassign Beth Brown to Dean of Students/Special Education Teacher for the 2022-2023 SY. Roll call vote. Ayes: Belton, Caraway, Davitz, Fricke, Mott, Malley, Vasquez. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Motion by Mott and second by Davitz to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 p.m. Upon roll call all members voted aye. Motion
