City of Waterloo Electric & Personnel Committee met Sept. 6.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Meeting called to order at 5:05 pm with the following committee members in attendance, Aldermen Russ Row, Jim Trantham, Jim Hopkins, Stan Darter and Clyde Heller. Alderman Steve Notheisen, Tim Birk, Mechelle Childers and Tony Gilbreth were also present.
Agenda Item 1: Petitions by Citizens on Non-Agenda Items. None
Agenda Item 2: Executive Session for Discussion of Collective Negotiating Matters Jim Hopkins made the motion and a second by Stan Darter to go into executive session. Passed Stan Darter made the motion and a second by Jim Hopkins to go back to the regular meeting. Passed
Stan Darter made a motion and a second by Clyde Heller to go into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. Passed

Agenda Item 3: Comments: None
Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Clyde Heller and second by Jim Hopkins. Meeting adjourned at 5:40 pm.
