ROLL CALL: Present –Doerflein, Phillips, George, Bailey, Marlow
Absent- Stein
Visitors – Phillip Catt, Devan Downard
Vice President Misty Doerflein welcomed each candidate for interview:

MOTION: by Doerflein, second by George to enter into Closed Session at 6:53p.m. for the purpose of appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees and/or matters relating to individual students.
Deliberate candidate selection to fill Board Vacancy.
Five in favor, none opposed.
MOTION: by George, second by Bailey to exit Closed Session at 7:09p.m.
Five in favor, none opposed.
The next Regular Board of Education Meeting is set for August 16th at 6:00pm, in the Tamaroa Grade School Office.
MOTION: by Marlow, second by Doerflein to adjourn.
