3. MINUTES - Reading and approval of the minutes of the July 12, 2022 meeting.

4. CORRESPONDENCE

A) Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation

B) August 1, 2022 correspondence from Lauterbach & Amen regarding portability of Gary Craig (See Agenda Item 9D)

5. BILLS

6. TREASURER’S REPORT - Linda Sharp

Verify Cash Balances in local checking account to pay beneficiaries and bills.

7. INVESTMENT REPORT

a) Joann Barton of Busey Wealth Management - Final Meeting 

b) Future Reports - IPOPIF Update (See IPOPIF.org)

8. OLD BUSINESS

A) Confirm transfer of investment portfolio to IPOPIF scheduled for October 3, 2022, and discuss remaining issues, if any.

B) Review and approve Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2022 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI).

9. NEW BUSINESS

A) Discuss and approve setting of 2023 board meeting dates (currently meet on the 2nd Tuesday of quarterly months at 12:30 p.m. (1/10, 4/11*, 7/11, 10/10/2023)) (*This date may change.)

B) Review and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2023. 

C) Discuss IPPFA Regional Seminar in Carterville, Illinois on November 16, 2022.

D) Discuss and approve refund of overpayment of member contributions (Gary Craig - Portability). Columbia Police Pension Fund to refund $3,365.90 to Cahokia Heights Police Pension Fund as overpayment.
