City of Red Bud Zoning Committee met Sept. 19.

Others Present: Acting Mayor Susan Harbaugh, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker, Code Admin. Jeff Mueller, City Attorney Paul Ray, City Superintendent Josh Eckart

Committee Chairman Piel called the meeting to order at 6:28 P.M.
Old Business
I. Comprehensive Plan
In the budget.
II. East Industrial Park Expansion Project
Zoning Administrator Jeff Mueller received an email regarding this shortly before the meeting. He will be sending out an email to update everyone at the end of the week.
III. Dollar General Update
They have started moving dirt. Mark Guebert inquired if there was a parking lot going in on the area he was preparing to farm. Jeff Mueller inquired with a few people and does not believe that to be the case. Mark Guebert plans to start the farming process yet this week.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting August 15, 2022
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the August 15, 2022, meeting. Motion Carried.
II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
Meeting was adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
