Motion made by council member Rheinecker, seconded by council member Hanebutt to approve the Mid-South Tank Proposal NTE $14,450.00. The vote was as follows: Schwartzkopf, aye; Guebert, aye; DeMond, aye; Nevois, aye; Donjon, aye; Piel, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Rheinecker, aye. Motion carried.
V. Requests from TULAYNE’S for Deerfest and Grand Opening Events
Motion made by council member Guebert, seconded by council member Donjon, to approve use of the city parking lot for the following dates: November 18, 19, 20, 2002, December 1, 2, 3, 4, 2022, October 8, 9, 10, 2022, December 9, 10, 11, 2022 for Deerfest and one of the following dates for the grand opening: October 8/9, 2022, October 22/23, 2022, or November 5/6, 2022. The vote was as follows: Schwartzkopf, aye; Guebert, aye; DeMond, aye; Nevois, aye; Donjon, aye; Piel, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Rheinecker, aye. Motion carried.
