I. Approval of the Board of Commissioner meeting minutes of the November 30th, 2022, regular meeting.

New & Unfinished Business:

Resolutions:

I. Resolution – Approve, pursuant to the authority of 35 ILCS 516/35 the County of Perry, as trustee for the Taxing District therein, has undertaken a program to collect delinquent

mobile home taxes. Commonly known as: 304 Broadway Permanent Parcel Number 64-013-02

II. Resolution – Approve pay increase reflected in the Perry County Il. 2022/2023 budget for the Administrator of the Solid Waste, Zoning, and Economic Development Office Held by Becky Tracy, contingent to a signed Employment Agreement, retroactive December 1st 2022.

III. Resolution – Approve pay increase reflected in the Perry County Il. 2022/2023 budget for the ESDA Administrator held by Chuck Geneseo contingent to a signed Employment Agreement. retroactive December 1st 2022.

IV. Resolution – Approve accepting Arlen Carson’s resignation from the Pinckneyville Community Hospital Board.

V. Resolution – Approve Carla Bruns to the Pinckneyville Hospital Board for the remainder of the term ending.12-31-2024.

Discussion. Amending the Perry County Code pertaining to building permits fees for Solar Energy Systems, Cellular Towers, and Wind Energy Conversion System Towers.
