City of Waterloo Planning Committee met Sept. 6.

Meeting called to order at 7:01pm

1. Petitions by Citizens on Non Agenda Items – None

2. Discussion and Recommendation to the Planning Commission on a Special Use Permit regarding self storage Buildings on the south side of Quality Collision located at 1353 N Illinois street – Zoning administrator Nathan Krebel explained to the Planning Committee what the Owner of Quality Collision was asking with the storage buildings, that plan will require a special use permit. The whole Committee was in favor of sending it on to Planning Commission for their evaluation of the plan.

3. Update on Natalie Estates, Phase 2 Improvement Plans – Zoning Administrator Nathan Krebel explained that good progress was being made in Natalie Estates, everything appears to be on track and no major issue have been spotted at this time.

4. Comments – none

Motion to adjourn meeting made by Russ Row, Seconded by Steve Nothesien all in favor.

Meeting adjourned at 7:18pm
