2. Discuss and/or approve Ordinance Abating the tax hereto levied for the year 2022 to pay the principal of and interest on $1,605,000 General Obligation refunding Bonds (Waterworks and Sewerage System Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2015, of the City of Chester, Randolph County, Illinois. 

3. Discuss and/or approve new Filter Backwash Console for Water Plant. 

4. Discuss and/or approve appointment of Alderman Platt and Alderman Buckham to the Police Negotiation Committee. 

5. Enter into Executive Session under to Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) under exception (11) to discuss pending and/or threatened litigation.
