2. Ordinance #2023-03 American Rescue Planning Act. Authorization to request proposals for Architectural/Design services for Highway Department garage and salt building government buildings and operations budget category.
Resolutions:
I. Resolution – 2023-02 Authorization to request proposals to retain professional services for the redevelopment of the Perry County Government Building, Perry County Jail, and Perry County Courthouse.
II. Resolution – The County of Perry, as trustee for the taxing districts therein, has undertaken a program to collect delinquent taxes and to perfect titles to reel property in cases in which the taxes on such real property have not been paid, pursuant to 35ILCS 200/21-90.
