City of Red Bud Personnel Committee met Dec. 19.

Committee Chairman DeMond called the meeting to order at 6:12 P.M.
Old Business
1. GovHR Wage Survey / Benefits Study
Joellen from GovHR provided the city council with an overview of the study process and a draft of the results. The draft will be finalized following input from the city council. The matter will be kept on the agenda for further review at the January committee meeting.
New Business
1. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – November 21, 2022
Recommendation made by DeMond, seconded by Rheinecker, to approve the minutes from the November 21, 2022, meeting. Motion carried.
2. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
None
