Long dark winter days coupled with the colder temperatures can lead to the “winter blues. There are many ways to try and prevent those winter blues from sneaking up on us and to maintain positive mental health.

- Do your best to get outside despite the cold.
- Be kind to yourself and do something you enjoy.
- Take care of yourself physically.
- Plan something you can look forward to.
