The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tim Fahey at 6:30pm at City Hall. Minutes from the October meeting were read and approved.

Pool:

The year-end balance due to the YMCA was $28,482.20 and was passed December 6, 2022. Awnings at the pool were taken down and stored away for the winter.

Ratz Park:

A contract with R &N Tree Service to remove and clean up dead trees will be done this year. A work day for April will be chosen at our next monthly meeting.

Lincoln Park:

Mulch is needed around the playground equipment. Will check if any mulch is left from last year. The White Shed near the multipurpose court needs to be cleaned out and torn down. Board member Ryan Koudela brought up a couple of projects the Musket Football club are wanting to get done this year. There is an area on the east side of the club house that they want to concrete between the walking path and the bleachers. This will allow them to push the bleachers back toward the walking path to allow more room if an ambulance was ever needed again to get through. The Muskets would have the manpower to excavate the area and finish the concrete.

The second project is to put more lighting on their practice field, (Multipurpose field.) They will provide the lighting and wire, if the board would provide the manpower to install fixtures to existing poles. Jim Birke made a motion to do our part of these projects and Kyle Herriman seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

Sports Complex:

Kyle Herriman is working on cleaning the inside of the batting cages. He is also pricing Astro Turf for outside batting cage. He should get old netting from Elementary batting cage.

Community Garden:

All planter boxes have been sealed. We would like to get five more boxes made and ready for early spring.

Next Regular Meeting: scheduled for February 1, 2023 at City Hall at 6:30 pm.

Deb Opal made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Wil Krick. Motion carried unanimously.
