Consideration and Action on Approval of a Special Event Permit Application from Philomena + Ruth for their 8-Year Anniversary Party to be held on Sunday, April 30, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a set-up time of 7 a.m., including the parking space closures directly in front of 118 W Mill Street and 123 W.
