1. Request approval of a quote from IMCO Utility Supply Co. for an Insta-valve installation at the former Tums building at a total cost of $12,750.00 to be paid from Water. Please see attached. 2. Request from Huels Oil Company to discuss fuel supplier for the City of Pinckneyville. Please see attached.

COMMISSIONER HICKS

1. Request from Lauren Moore of The Twisted Vine and The Twisted Bean to discuss closing W. Jackson St. from N. Main St. to N. Walnut St. on March 11, 2023, March 17, 2023, and May 20, 2023. Please see attached.

2. Request from Lauren Moore of The Twisted Vine to discuss closing W. Jackson St. from N. Main St. to N. Walnut St. every first and third Friday for food trucks. Please see attached.

1. Resolution No. R-2023-08, a resolution to be placed on file, to accept a proposal from Barr Trucking, Inc., to furnish materials and to approve the award of a contract. Please see attached

Resolution No. R-2023-04, a resolution placed on file at the February 13, 2023, regular council meeting, authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois to enter into a contract with Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council regarding the employment of police officers by the City of Pinckneyville.

2. Resolution No. R-2023-07, a resolution placed on file at the February 13, 2023, regular council meeting, to accept a bid proposal from Hagene Excavating, LLC, for demolition services at 301 E. Chester St.

3. Resolution No. R-2023-11, a resolution to be placed on file authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois to enter into a professional services agreement for engineering services with Henry, Meisenheimer & Gende, Inc. (HMG Engineers, Inc.) in connection with Illinois Route 127 Water and Sewer Main Relocation. Please see attached.
