The VA’s “Aid and Attendance” benefit is for wartime veterans, or their surviving spouses, who meet certain medical and financial requirements. In this discussion, we will explore the VA benefit for veterans or their surviving spouses, how it may help you or your loved ones, and how the VetAssist program can assist you every step of the way. If you qualify, Veterans Home Care and our VetAssist program will help you receive in-home care with no out-of-pocket costs. Veterans Home Care and the VetAssist program are not part of any government agency and are not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
