Mayor Hill called the City Council of Columbia, Illinois to order at 7:00 PM .

Alderman Niemietz mentioned on the Special Event Application - Columbia PTA Spring Fling, they are requesting to close Veterans Parkway. Mr. Dunakey confirmed it should be McDannold Drive instead of Veterans Parkway.
Mayor Hill inquired if the Council wished to remove any items prior to a motion. There were none.

Mayor Hill announced there will be a Committee of the Whole meeting on April 13, 2023 to discuss the FY24 Budget. Mayor Hill reported t~e Regular City Council meeting scheduled to
be held April 17, 2023 is postponed until April 24, 2023.
