City of Waterloo Beautification Committee met April 17.

Agenda
(1) Petitions by Citizens Non-Agenda Items - None
(2) Beautification Application for Oh Sugar
Nathan Krebel handed out Beautification Activity List and Oh Sugar Project Description.
Building previous owner received Beautification Grant in 2018.
Project total cost estimated at $49,842.38 will include Windows replacement, Tuckpointing, exterior painting, Front Awning, Covered Patio on North side of building.
M Buettner made a motion to recommend approval for $10, 000, 2nd by Trantham, 3-0 approval vote.
(3) Mural Permit Application
Sarah Deutch stated that Whitney Hopkins would like approval for a Mural on the South wall beneath the “Rooted” Sign at 120 N Main St.
M Buettner made a motion to recommend approval, 2nd by Trantham, 3-0 approval vote.
