Randolph County home prices fell in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Randolph County fell by $5,400 while total sales decreased by 90.1%.

From January through June of 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,600 - a 6.4% decrease from the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Randolph County in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Randolph County for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $1,437 approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
