The City Clerk was informed prior to the 9:00 a.m. meeting that some council members would not be available for the 9:00 a.m. meeting, but could be available by 11:00 a.m.
At 9:00 a.m., it was determined that a quorum of the Pinckneyville City Council was not present. There was no discussion or action taken.
Pinckneyville City Council Members arrived at 11:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Mayor Robert L. Spencer called the special meeting of the Pinckneyville City Council to order at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall. Members present: Commissioners Kevin B. Hicks, Joshua L. Kuhnert, Sammy D. Peradotta, William B. Stotlar, and Mayor Robert L. Spencer. Mayor Spencer declared a quorum present. Administrative staff present: City Clerk Melissa S. Kellerman and City Attorney Don Bigham.
ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion by Commissioner Peradotta, seconded by Commissioner Kuhnert to move the meeting to Executive Session at 11:01 a.m. for the discussion of: Section 2 (c) (1) Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of an employee. On roll call: Commissioners Hicks, Kuhnert, Peradotta, Stotlar, and Mayor Spencer voted YEA. NAYS: None. Motion declared carried.
RETURN TO REGULAR MEETING
Motion by Commissioner Peradotta, seconded by Commissioner Stotlar to return to the regular meeting at 11:49 a.m. On roll call: Commissioners Hicks, Kuhnert, Peradotta, Stotlar and Mayor Spencer voted YEA. NAYS: None. Motion declared carried.
RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A SWIMMING POOL MANAGEMENT
SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY POOL
No discussion or action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Commissioner Hicks, seconded by Commissioner Stotlar to adjourn the meeting at 11:50 a.m. On roll call: Commissioners Hicks, Kuhnert, Peradotta, Stotlar and Mayor Spencer voted YEA. NAYS: None. Motion declared carried.
