CALL TO ORDER On June 6, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., President Hoover called to order the special meeting of the Community Unit School District 201 Board of Education.

Adina Hoover led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
There was no public comment.

Motion by Ms. Conover, second by Mr. Marren, to approve the consent agenda as presented.

Motion Carried.
Motion by Mr. Hevia, second by Mr. Marren, to approve the resolution to terminate the following employee: Tarshma Jackson Jr.

Nays: None
Motion Carried.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Ms. Conover, second by Ms. Steketee, to adjourn the June 6, 2023, special meeting of the Board of Education at 5:35 p.m.
