City of Red Bud Zoning Committee met June 19.

Committee Members Present: Alan Piel, Curt Guebert, Rodney Nevois
Committee Members Absent: Ben Schwartzkopf, Jeremy DeMond
Council Members Present: Mike Rheinecker, Bill Hanebutt, Kyle Donjon
Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rebecca Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, City Clerk Joanne Cowell
Others Absent: Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker
Committee Chairman Piel called the meeting to order at 6:42 P.M.
Old Business
I. Comprehensive Plan
Jeff Mueller has the RFQ ready for planning commission approval and is planning on sending it out in July.
II. East Industrial Park Expansion Project
We are waiting on IDOT.
III. City Hall Repairs
Jeff Mueller has been working with Rodney Nevois and Quadrant on some costing.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting May 15, 2023
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the minutes from the May 15, 2023, meeting. Carried
II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
None
