III. MOU with Deaconess Regarding 340B Program
Motion made by Council Member Hanebutt, seconded by Council Member Nevois to authorize approval of the Memorandum of Understanding Agreement Between the City of Red Bud and Deaconess Illinois Red Bud Regional Hospital, Inc. regarding 340B programs. The vote was as follows: Guebert, aye; Rheinecker, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Nevois, aye; Donjon, aye; Piel, aye. Motion carried.
IV. MFT/CD Funds

Motion made by Council Member Guebert, seconded by Council Member Rheinecker to authorize approval to invest $1,000,000 MFT Funds in two CDs for $500,000 each at Dieterich Bank at 5.10% interest for six months. The vote was as follows: Rheinecker, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Nevois, aye; Donjon, aye; Piel, aye; Guebert, aye. Motion carried.
V. Natural Gas Supplier Proposed Changes
Motion made by Council Member Hanebutt, seconded by Council Member Guebert to authorize approval to switch the natural gas supplier to Utility Gas Management (UGM) per contract as presented, effective 11/1/23-25. The vote was as follows: Hanebutt, aye; Nevois, aye; Donjon, aye; Piel, aye; Guebert, aye; Rheinecker, aye. Motion carried.
VI. Public/Guest Comment
Mayor Harbaugh said the June 28th Economic Development meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting will be held on the fourth Wednesday of July.
The July 3rd Council meeting has been rescheduled to July 10, 2023, and committee meetings from July 17 to July 24, 2023.
VII. Adjournment
Motion made at 6:56 P.M. by Council Member Hanebutt, seconded by Council Member Rheinecker, to adjourn the meeting. The vote was as follows: all ayes. Motion carried.
