All items listed on the consent agenda are described in detail in the Board packet. These items are considered to be routine by the Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a board member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered individually.

10.1 “To approve going out to bid for the Hazelgreen Parking Lot and Canopy project.”

10.2 “To approve going out to bid for new lockers at Prairie Junior High School.”

10.3 “To approve to participate in the consortium with Matteson 162 for a food service bid for FY25.”

10.4 “To approve facility use for Incarnation-St. Terrence Chargers Volleyball Team.”

10.5 BIANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES

“That after a review of all of the Closed Session Minutes and audiotapes, audiotapes from January 22, 2022, March 10, 2022 and April 14, 2022 will be destroyed.

All Closed Session minutes previously reviewed by the Board and designated to be closed will remain closed to the public.”

(Board reviews minutes of Closed Session Meetings at its November and June

Board meetings. Audiotapes may be destroyed after 18 months; but minutes must be retained.)
