SUP-23-11 CVE US IL Tamaroa 316, LLC, a subsidiary of CVE North America to construct, operate and maintain the CVE US IL Tamaroa 316 solar project, a proposed 3.6 MW AC solar farm on approximately 17 acres on an approximate 22 acre parcel of leased property to be leased from Stacey Vancil, known as PIN 1-41-0280-150SUP-23-11 CVE US IL Tamaroa 316, LLC, a subsidiary of CVE North America to construct, operate and maintain the CVE US IL Tamaroa 316 solar project, a proposed 3.6 MW AC solar farm on approximately 17 acres on an approximate 22 acre parcel of leased property to be leased from Stacey Vancil, known as PIN 1-41-0280-150

      2. Resolution to approve appellate/service agreement between Perry County and the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for December 1, 2023 - November 30, 2024 for $8,000.00

      4. Appoint Jennifer Martin to the South-Central Mass Transit District Board
