Ordinances: 1. 2023 – 15 Authorization to modify Professional Services agreement with White & Borgognoni Architects, PC to includes asbestos removal consulting services as part of the redevelopment of the Perry County Government Building.

2. 2023 – 16 Authorization to Acquire and install Office Equipment.

I. Resolution – Approve raffle license Perry County Sportsmen Club

II. Resolution – Approve Lease Agreement with LMH Rentals, LLC for Probation office space
