Minutes of the Special Board Meeting of January 8, 2024 held at the Indian Trail Jr. High School Board Room.
Vice President Bollig called the regular meeting to order at 4:00p.m.
Roll call showed the following individuals:
PRESENT: Bollig, Castillo, Frangidakis, Ruffolo, Triantafillos,
ABSENT: Lange
LATE/PHONE: Williams
A quorum was declared present.
Communications/Public Participation on Agenda & Non-Agenda Items: None
Motion #1: Move to Suspend Open Session
Motion by Mr. Frangidakis, second by Mr. Ruffolo to move to suspend the open session meeting of January 8, 2024 at 4:01pm and to go into a Closed Session to discuss personnel in accordance to Open Meetings Act Exception ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
ROLL CALL VOTE: AYE: Bollig, Castillo, Frangidakis, Ruffolo, Triantafillos
ABSENT: Lange, Williams
NAY: None…Motion #1 Carried.
No action was taken during the closed session meeting.
Motion #2: Move to Open Session
Motion by Mr. Triantafillos, second by Mr. Frangidakis to move to Open Session of the Board of Education meeting of January 8, 2024 at 4:14pm.

Motion #3: Approval of Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Notice of Charges and Dismissal and Issuance of Notice of Hearing Rights to Tenured Teacher
Motion by Mr. Triantafillos, second by Mr. Ruffolo to approve the Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Notice of Charges and Dismissal and Issuance of Notice of Hearing Rights to Christine Hubek, as presented.

ABSENT: Lange
