I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting December 18, 2023
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to approve the minutes from the December 18, 2023, meeting. Motion Carried
II. Toys for Tots Request – November 2, 2024
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to authorize approval of the request from Randolph County Marine Corps League, to collect at the 4-way on Saturday, November 2, 2024, 8:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon for Toys For Tots. Motion Carried
