Members Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, Curt Guebert, Mike Rheinecker, Bill Hanebutt, Jeremy DeMond, Rodney Nevois, Kyle Donjon, Alan Piel
Members Absent: Ben Schwartzkopf
Others Present: City Attorney Rick Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Adm. Assist. Pam Poetker, City Clerk Joanne Cowell
I. Call to Order at 6:45 P.M. by Mayor Susan Harbaugh

III. Energy Transition Community Grant – Authorization to Apply
Motion made by Council Member Hanebutt, seconded by Council Member Nevois to approve authorization for Adm. Assist. Poetker to apply for the Energy Transition Community Grant. The vote was as follows: Guebert, aye; Rheinecker, aye; Hanebutt, aye; DeMond, aye; Nevois, aye; Donjon, aye: Piel, aye. Motion carried.
