Committee Chairman Piel called the meeting to order at 6:23 P.M.

I. Red Bud Business Park Expansion Project
A. Lot Pricing
Nothing to report.
B. Funding
Nothing to report.
C. Project Scope
IDOT has approved the entrance and now they are looking at hydrology.
II. Unsafe, Dangerous, Abandoned Buildings
Jeff Mueller will be meeting with Mr. Knight this week and Jeff is sure that Mr. Knight will be requesting an additional thirty days. Jeff will remind the owner that if he does not follow through with this thirty-day extension, the city will take action.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting January 15, 2024
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the January 15, 2024, meeting. Carried
II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
