Penn Aluminum in Murphysboro receives ETIP grant from Illinois DCEO

Yesterday, Penn Aluminum in Murphysboro, an IMA member company, was awarded an Employer Training Investment Program (ETIP) grant by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The company, a premier manufacturer of aluminum drawn tubing and extruded shapes for nearly 100 years, has been a leading provider of industrial products to customers throughout North America and beyond.

Cathy Dupertuis, District Director for Rep. Friess, attended the event. Rep. Friess released the following statement: “A big congratulations to Penn Aluminum on receiving an ETIP grant! Thank you for your century of producing superior industrial products here in Murphysboro. I’m grateful for the work that you do!”

Rep. Friess serves the people of the 115th District.
