Committee Chairman Piel called the meeting to order at 7:57 P.M.

I. Red Bud Business Park
A. Lot Pricing Worksheet
Code Admin./Engineer Mueller said that the per acre estimated cost has jumped from $92,000 to $95,000, due to an estimated 25% increase in utility costs. Mueller wants to get with Committee Member Nevois to talk about highway lots, two cul-de-sac business lots and two industrial lots pricing. Mueller wants to get something out to the committee. Tabled until next meeting.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting May 20, 2024 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the May 20, 2024, meeting. Carried
II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
