Addison School District 4 Buildings and Grounds Committee met Sept. 11.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Call to order: 3:03 pm by Sergio Ruffolo 

Present: Jeremiah Lange, Sergio Ruffolo, Dave Williams, Dr. Nick Suton, Melissa Morgese, Alez  LeGare, Joe Cibelli, Terry Fielden (ICI), Tyler Wade (Legat Architects), Jonathan Navarro (Legat  Architects) and Mark Poskin (ICI). 

Capital Improvements Summer 2024 

Summer 2024 Construction only has a few punch list items left.  

Summer 2025 Construction  

2025 Summer Construction will be coming in around 8.4 million which is $900k less than what  we thought in March. The construction includes Lincoln HVAC for the whole school and Wesley’s  Innovation Center, Office, Front Hallways, and Gym renovations. We will be ordering HVAC  systems are ordered. We will also be looking standing water under Wesley’s Gym and see if we  can reroute the roof drains. 

Facilities Department Updates 

Facilities is working on a Schedule for Filter changes and HVAC maintenance schedules. They will  also be doing playground inspections.  

Facilities Rentals 

We are looking over the fee schedule again and Mrs. Morgese will be consulting with D88 on their  schedule and we will have a Board Discussion at the October Board meeting. 

Other 

We will be starting to talk with the ROE on the lease for Old Mill.
