State Representative David Friess recently visited Oak Hill Nursing Home in Waterloo. During his visit, he observed the work being done by the staff and interacted with the management team. He toured the facility to gain insight into the daily lives of the residents.
While walking through various units, Rep. Friess witnessed the routines that engage and care for the residents. He also took time to meet with the administration to hear their thoughts and concerns about providing quality care.
Rep. Friess assured the staff that their feedback is important, stating, "their voices matter," and expressed his commitment to considering their input as he works for the community. By connecting with Oak Hill, he aims to support their mission of delivering compassionate care to Waterloo’s seniors.
