City of Red Bud Cultural Committee met Oct. 21.

Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf called the meeting to order at 6:37 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting September 16, 2024 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to approve the minutes from the September 16, 2024, meeting. Carried

II. Request from St. John’s Lutheran to Allow Vendors at Annual Holiday Craft Fair on November 16, 2024, 10AM-3PM

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to authorize approval of the request from St. John’s Lutheran to allow vendors at the Annual Holiday Craft Fair on November 16, 2024, 10AM-3PM. Carried

III. Request from Red Bud Musketeer Booster Association to Collect at Four-Way Stop on November 22, 2024

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to authorize approval of the request from the Red Bud Musketeer Booster Association to collect at the four-way stop on November 22, 2024, 2-5 PM, pending certificate of liability on file. Carried.

IV. Request from Santa’s Village to Collect at Four-Way Stop on November 29, 2024, 2:30-4:30 PM

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to authorize approval of the request from the Santa’s Village to collect at the four-way stop on November 29, 2024, 2:30-4:30PM, pending certificate of liability on file. Carried.

V. Request from Red Bud VFW Post 6632 to Collect at Four-Way Stop on May 23, 2025, 3-7PM

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to authorize approval of the request from the VFW Post 6632 to collect at the four-way stop on May 23, 2025, 3-7PM. Carried.
