Committee Chairman Piel called the meeting to order at 6:55 P.M.
Old Business
I. Red Bud Business Park Update
Code Admin./City Engineer Mueller said IDOT’s RuAnna Stump is retiring, and Jeff will be meeting with her tomorrow, to get the entrance permit authorized prior to her retirement. Mueller thought he would have the water, and sewer permits back by now. He expects them any day. Bid specs are about 90% finished. Mueller hopes to go out for bids next month, with construction starting in the spring.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting September 16, 2024 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the September 16, 2024, meeting. Carried
II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
None
