SPECIAL MEETING
The following members answered roll call at the special meeting of the Auburn Board of Education on December 13, 2024:
Present: Jeff Miller, Jamie Kuhlmann, Carl Kessler, Brad Smith, and Josh Smith.
Absent: Lynde Pavich and Michael Bates. Also present: Darren Root.
Kuhlmann moved to adopt the agenda. J. Smith seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:
Bates absent Miller yea
B. Smith yea Kessler yea
J. Smith yea Kuhlmann yea
Pavich absent
There being 5 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.
B. Smith moved to approve the Maintenance Grant Application. J. Smith seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:
Bates absent Miller yea
B. Smith yea Kessler yea
J. Smith yea Kuhlmann yea
Pavich absent
There being 5 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.
B. Smith moved to adjourn at 7:08 am. J. Smith seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous. The president declared the motion carried.
