Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rebecca Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin/City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Officer Jill Landgraf

Committee Chairman Donjon called the meeting to order at 7:15 P.M.

II. City Pool
A. Camera Investigation
Committee Member Nevois said Ehret Plumbing plans on being at the pool on Wednesday to run the cameras.
B. Building Maintenance
1. Roof
2. Tuckpointing
3. Walls
C. “Big Picture”
D. 2025 Management
Items B-D will be tabled until the results of the camera investigation are in.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – November 18, 2024
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Piel to approve the minutes from the November 18, 2024, meeting. Carried
II. Haier Plumbing & Heating Proposal – Splash Pad Winterization
Code Admin. Mueller said they had tried to blow out the pipes but felt that the air compressor did not have enough power.
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Donjon, seconded by Committee Member DeMond to authorize approval to accept the proposal from Haier Plumbing to winterize the splash pad, NTE $2,123. Carried
