City of Red Bud Zoning Committee met Dec. 16:

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Committee Members Present: Alan Piel, Ben Schwartzkopf, Curt Guebert, Jeremy DeMond, Rodney Nevois

Committee Members Absent: None

Council Members Present: Bill Hanebutt, Kyle Donjon

Council Members Absent: Mike Rheinecker

Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rebecca Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Administrative Officer Jill Landgraf

Others Absent: City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Committee Chairman Piel called the meeting to order at 7:12 P.M.

Old Business

I. Red Bud Business Park Update

A. Approval to go out for Bids

Code Admin. Mueller plans to have the bids out in early January and ready for the February council meeting.

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to authorize approval to go out for bids for the Red Bud Business Park. Carried

New Business

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting November 18, 2024

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the November 18, 2024, meeting. Carried

II. City Hall – Approval to go out for Bids

Code Admin. Mueller plans to remove the tuck pointing from the bids.

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Schwartzkopf, to authorize approval to go out for bids for the City Hall Improvements. Carried

III. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

None

The meeting was adjourned at 7:14 P.M.
