City of Waterloo Finance Committee met Jan. 3.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Meeting called to order at 9:000 am with the following committee members in attendance, Aldermen Russ Row, Joel Vogt, Kyle Buettner, Tina Charron, Jim Trantham and Mayor Stan Darter. Gary Most, Jim Hopkins, J.R. Landeck, Roberta Rohwedder, Nathan Krebel, Brad Yearian and Sarah Craig were present.
Agenda Item 1: Petitions by Citizens on Non-Agenda Items: None
Agenda Item 2: Boilers: Brad and Nathan explained how the boilers have been continually getting worse to the point where they need to be replaced as soon as possible. Brad received three bids for this project and after discussion the bid from BAER HEATING & COOLING was the choice. Kyle Buettner made the motion and a second from Joel Vogt to accept the bid from BAER HEATING & COOLING was approved unanimously.

The motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Kyle Buettner and a second from Tina Charron. Passed. The meeting adjourned at 9:31 pm.
