Du Quoin Community Unit School District 300 welcomed 1,317 students in the 2022-23 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

This is a 3.1% decrease from the previous school year.

Du Quoin Elementary School had the largest enrollment in the district with 480 students.
