City of Pinckneyville City Council met Feb. 24.

1. Resolution No. R-2025-02, a resolution placed on file at the February 10, 2025, regular council meeting, authorizing lease of real estate owned by the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois for agricultural purposes – Edward J. Bruns.

2. Resolution No. R-2025-03, a resolution to be placed on file authorizing lease of real estate owned by the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois for agricultural purposes – Steve and Brent Epplin. Please see attached.

3. Request approval of an emergency purchase of a Toshiba VFD plus installation for high service pumps at the water plant from Illinois Electric Works in the amount of $5,793.75 to be paid from the water fund/equipment repairs. Please see attached.
