2. Online Codification Project
Administrative Officer Landgraf explained that neither American Legal, nor MuniCode support a phone APP. Three hardcopy code books were included in the MuniCode quote, excluding shipping.
The American Legal quote cost for a hardcopy code book would be $25-$60, plus shipping, depending on the kind of book desired.
The Code of Ordinances would be available to be downloaded from either company if the contract is terminated. Landgraf’s recommendation is to contract with MuniCode.
Motion made by Council Member Mueller, seconded by Council Member Donjon to authorize approval to accept the proposal from MuniCode (Civicplus) in the amount of $5,021, for a period of one year.
