Auburn Community Unit School District 10 Committee of the Whole met July 30.

The following members answered roll at the Committee of the Whole meeting for the Auburn Board of Education on July 30, 2025. Present: Carl Kessler, Jamie Kuhlmann, Brad Smith, Jeff Miller, Michael Bates, and Lynde Pavich. Absent: Tyler Berola. Also present were Darren Root, Seth McCoy, Christy Bailey, Jeff Marsaglia, and Kendall King. Present: Katie Thompson and family.
Miller moved to adopt the agenda. Smith seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:
Bates yea Miller yea
Berola absent Pavich yea
Kessler yea Smith yea
Kuhlmann yea
There being 6 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.
Kendall King of Kings Financial Consulting gave a presentation.
The Board had discussion.
Bates moved to adjourn at 8:00 pm. Kuhlmann seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous, and the president declared the motion carried.
