Illinois lawmakers discuss workforce issues at IMA summit

Last week, State Representative David Friess participated in the IMA Workforce Summit Panel alongside State Senator Terri Bryant and State Representative Patrick Windhorst. The event focused on discussions about ways to strengthen Illinois’ workforce and support local communities.

Friess was elected as a Republican to the Illinois State House in 2023, representing the 115th House District after succeeding Nathan Reitz.

“It was a fantastic day of discussion about strengthening Illinois’ workforce and supporting our communities,” Friess said.
