8. FINANCIAL 8.1 “As there is no regular December meeting, to authorize the Superintendent to pay bills for the period of November 7, 2025 through December 19, 2025, said payment to be ratified at the January 8, 2026 Board Meeting.”

8.2 “To approve submitting the FY26 School Maintenance Grant.” (SG) (attached)

8.3 District 126 participates in the federal E-rate program which provides significant discounts and grant funds for our local internal data connections and services and for technology infrastructure. To participate in the program the district is required to teach internet safety and to have internet protection software in place to block access to harmful images from all our student and staff computers; District 126 teaches internet safety and has protection software in place.

9. BIANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES

“That after a review of all of the Closed Session Minutes and audiotapes, the closed session minutes of November 14, 2024, March 13, 2025, July 22, 2025, August 14, 2025, September 11, 2025 and September 29, 2025 will remain closed to the public due to the confidential nature of the topics discussed and the listing of specific individuals.”

“All Closed Session minutes previously reviewed by the Board and designated to be closed will remain closed to the public.”
